GD-45 SEG, The Single Glazed Modular System is a 30 x 45 x 2 mm thick segmented divider made of aluminum with an adjustable profile for a 6 mm groove system to accommodate carpet and uneven surfaces. All components were precisely anodized to a thickness of 20 to 25 microns using the 6063-T6 grade and necessary accessories, such as glass-to-glass aluminum vertical sections, horizontal sections, and glass packing to modify the floor level. Wall, floor, and ceiling profiles are all 30 mm visible on the face and 45 mm broad, with 10 mm toughened glass and the insertion of thermoplastic gasket to adhere the glass firmly and airtight. The sound reduction value ranges from 32 to 35 dB.
